If feel well, ignore: Your hemoglobin ; calcium are very slightly low for most labs; your physician might check you for iron deficiency ; whether Albumin is slightly low to explain. I often wish that percentages of white cells weren't even reported as they mean nothing and if your absolute lymphocyte count is not very low, i would ignore it. Polymorphs are the warrior white cells, lymphocytes do specialty work.

None: The medical causes of 'fatigue' have been ruled out.  There are no more tests.  If this child is not obese and is not drinking energy drinks or lots of caffeine or other stimulants then this may be their norm during a time of significant growth or hormone changes and one should just watch and observe. The other issue that is not addressed yet is mental health and possible depression.

Probably OK: Positive urine dip stik for Hemoglobin is common.  Particularly if you were stillon your period.  This also occurs with NSAIDS and blood thinners being most common.  Not to overlook serious problems, I will repeat the test on 2-3 weeks and be guided by results.   In your case at 45 repeat urinalysis in 2-3 weeks is best advice.  If the positive test persists, more complete evaluation is next.
