Anemia: Check with your doctor.  You may be a candidate for intravenous iron + Epogen or aranesp (darbepoetin alfa).

Need more info: Do you have a chronic illness? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the limited data you provided suggests anemia of chronic illness. It would be prudent to consult the doctor who ordered the tests.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

how do you know if your severe fatigue is from endometriosis ?   also what else can be checked besides vitamin d hemoglobin iron  for tiredness

Probably not related: Endometriosis, while it can really cause a lot of pain over many years does not in and of itself cause fatigue.  Certainly the pain can wear one down but again, it does not directly cause fatigue.
The workup for fatigue includes blood work to check the function of almost all the different organs and glands in the body - kidney, liver, blood cells, thyroid (TSH) to name the basics.

why does dehydration seem to make my really low hemoglobin and iron symptoms way worse??

Not much reserve: To carry plenty of oxygen to everywhere in the body, especially the brain, one's blood needs to have enough volume (about 10 pints) and have enough red blood cells (about 40% of the blood is red cells). If a person is already very anemic, say about 28% instead of 40% red cells, and then she gets dehydrated and drops her blood volume, say down to 9 pints, she will be in bad shape and feel it.

No: Low hemoglobin equals anemia. Iron deficiency is only one cause of anemia. Folate (folic acid) and B12 defieicency can cause anemia in addition to other factors such as bone marrow failure.

Ok then: we all have hemoglobin.   Some have low hemoglobin (anemia), of which one of the types of anemia is due to low iron.  Discuss with your doctor as this is many times due to blood loss, and it's sometimes necessary to treat what's causing the iron deficiency, and not just replacing iron.  But in meantime you can probably start some simple Iron supplements.  The pharmacist can point them out to you.

: You have a typical iron profile from perimenopause to menopause. Ferritin is considered an iron storage so when you lose a lot of iron through period, the Hb and iron are low but ferritin could still be normal. But when you no longer lose blood, Hb and iron will improve but the storage, ferritin, will be on the low side but I guess it's in the low normal, well above 15. Ferritin has a big range.

Difficult to answer : When you say high do you mean "in the normal range"? I ask this question because its important.   If truly high than your symptoms maybe related to serious diseases that would require  prompt diagnosis and  treatment.  If so, please contact your primary care provider.

does dexorange capsules contains sugar? as i heard dexorange syrup contains sugar. can i take the capsules on daily basis if my diabetes is in border line and have pcod. my hemoglobin and iron level is low so can i take?

: I would like you to verify that the capsules don't contain sugar. I wouldn't think so. Of course the syrup form most likely does. For true iron deficiency dexorange capsules probably don't contain sufficient iron. Do they make your stools blackish?  Your MD, who knows your iron level can advise you best.
