Lump on skin: Hemodialysis sites look like engorged veins.  If they are "fistulas" (artery connected to a vein) the lump on the skin follows the natural pathway of the vein. Over time these can dilate and become aneurysmal. The arterio-venous grafts are basically synthetic / plastic tubes which are placed right under the skin. These  you can see and feel. The actual needle puncture sites develop small scabs.

RBC count not import: Just watch your hemoglobin. Most folks with Thalasemmia run a low hemoglobin (9-11 Grams)which can not be corrected.

i have et with jak2 mutation.  what should i be concerned about and is it cancer?  my hemo says no but others say yes??

ET is a pre-cancer: ET is a chronic disease which can be treated well for many years. Although it is not a true cancer to start with, but it can change into a cancer after 10-15 years. So it is best called a precancerous condition. So what your doctors have told you is largely correct.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no cause for concern about the data you provided.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Is it Anemia?: For an adult female, normal HGB and HCT range from 12.0-15.5 and 34.9-44.5, respectively. You are within normal range, but low normal. As for the red count, this should range from 3.9-5.03; again, you are within the normal range, but low normal. Anemia - by definition - means a red count below 3.9, so you are not anemic. However, you must have symptoms, so have a thorough work up by your provider.

hello docs...my dad is 60 years old he has 238 cholesterol, serum and l.d.l chlsterol 165 &hemo a1c is 11.5.i know these are bad but what should he do?

Treat it: A hemoglobin a1c of 11.5% means that he has poorly controlled diabetes.  The LDL chol of 165 is also very high.  Both of these problems increase his risk of cardiovascular disease significantly.  He likely is overweight.  The first step is to improve his diabetes control through diet, exercise, weight loss, and medications.  He will also need medication to bring the LDL cholesterol under 100.

i have high rbc, hemo, and hematocrit. im being tested for pv. my b-12 is low and my drs say take b-12. but since my rbc are high already wont taking b-2 increase them even more. i cant get a straight answer from my drs?

: B12 deficiency causes anemia with big red cells. Beside that, B12 deficiency also causes nerve disease (neuropathy) so if your B12 is low, you need to take supplement to prevent neuropathy.
Ask you doctor about MCV, MCH? How high is your Hct? Do you have erythocytosis and do you live in high altitude?
Yes, B12 can make blood count a litte bit higher if you have relative anemia with erythrocytosis.
