: These results are atypical:  Heavy Staph aureus is unusual in the vagina and an uncommon cause of UTI. Only 1-2 WBC ("pus cells") per high power field (HPF) is entirely normal -- but with heavy staph, I would expect an abnormally high number. Interpretation depends on symptoms or other problems you are having and reason for the test. Discuss with the doctor who ordered the test. Good luck.

: Your question is not clear enough. What part of you body was infected with Staph aureus? Because of this infection, you were treated with Levofloxacin and erythromycin, is it correct? And you have rashes and blisters on your penis, correct? Do you have rash or blister anywhere else? Rash and blisters on penis alone are rarely adverse effects of antibiotic allergy.
