Urosepsis: Urinary tract infection effecting her blood in another way saying it is infection from urinary tract poisoning her blood. Needs to be treated in the hospital with iv antibiotic . Take her to ER.

? hydronephrosis: Pain with fluid load suggests possible hydronephrosis (swelling of kidney" doe to partail obstruction at the ureterovesical juction (junction beteen kidney & urine tube leading to the bladder. Can also explain trace of blood. Best diagnosed by kidney ultrasound after a liberal fluid intake. Please take care of your protein intake tofu and grain in vegan, also eggs & cheese if not vegan.

This is serious: Anyone can have +1 ketones in the urine from missing a meal, but more is worrisome. Please repeat. Low blood potassium reflects illness rather than habits or lifestyle. I am trusting you are not taking any medications that might cause this. A good history and phyiscal exam is next, and likely some checks of hormones and renal concentrating ability / tubular function.

Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Make sure all your treating docs are aware of recent events.
