Palpitations: I suspect that you're experiencing premature heart beats. If they are occurring, you would note an irregularity of your pulse when they occur. A physician can examine you, order an EKG and outpatient Holter Monitor which can document and identify these extrasystoles(premature atrial or ventricular beats) if they are causing your symptoms.Extrasystoles may be related to pulmonary hypertension.

May be a few things: Fatigue is tricky. May be signs of many different things. Considering your age, hopefully heart trouble is unlikely but could be a sign of heart failure (particularly if you've been sick recently). Other basic things: anemia, thyroid trouble, diabetes, sleep apnea (that's a big one).

Caffien and sugar: Most of soft drinks have caffien and sugar, what you are going through is a stimulating effect and increase in your blood sugar which can cause increase in anxiety and restlessness. It is mimicing a panic attack. Go easy of soft drinks, you will be alright.

May be true?: You need an echocardiogram. If you have certain valvular issues, (e.g. severe aortic insufficiency or severe mitral regurgitation) or a rare entity called "hypertrophic cardiomyopathy", you may be feeling an unusually forceful heat beat.  Alternatively, you may have "cardiac awareness."  An echo will sort this out. The treatments are different.

No: Lipozene is a dietary fiber supplement. Taking it is equivalent to eating a bowl of All-Bran. It does not cause rapid heart beat. However, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia is a very common entity. IF you're frequently troubled with it, see your doc for an accurate dx. PS, dieting can cause low potassium which increases the incidence of all cardiac arrhythmias - get your electrolytes checked!

i take pradaxa.  will a steroid shot to relieve back pain interact? the pradaxa is for an irregular heart beat.  the lower back pain was caused when i lifted something too heavy.

No, : No, that's the nice thing about pradaxa, it doesn't have a lot of drug interactions. However with any shot, there is a danger of bleeding so be sure the doctor administering the shot knows you are taking it.  Be sure you try some easier things like heat, massage, back exercises first before you go looking for an injection.
