YEs: Depending upon the degree of anemia (low hemoglbin) someone may feel light headed, tired, fatigued, short of breath.

No problem: Your BP is finally normal which is good. Since you're used to a higher pressure, you may have a feeling of dizziness or light headedness on treatment. Give it some time and you should feel fine.

Tic: It may be a tic where he has a need to do a repetitive motion for a perceived relief.  Or a habit.  I would try and distract him so he does not do it and he may need to see his doctor if it continues

I wouldn't assume so: If the symptoms you describe are new to you and you've a problem of anxiety for some time then, I wouldn't make the assumption that they are related necessarily unless other things have been looked at and discounted from a physical or medical point of view.  You should discuss your symptoms with your doctor.  They may very well like to see you in the office for a check up.

Fever: It sounds like you have a fever. Take your temperature. Get medical attention asap if temp is higher than 100f or lasts longer than 24 hours. There are so many possible causes of fever that w/o knowing other info like add'l symptoms, duration & severity of fever, etc, i can't give you a more specific answer.

Have 2 cups of water: and a cup of coffee. Watch something interesting on TV and when your sleepy go to bed and start over tomorrow. 
Your body (kidneys) will take care of your absent mindedness while you sleep.

See ans: I not sure I understand what you are asking but there is a postictel after a seizure. So at that time there are many symptoms and one may be the feeling of heaviness or cludinress. Now if the heaviness s everyday then this may be from the medications. Best to discuss with your doctor with a good history

Need consultation: Many headaches that are not able to be diagnosed are caused from TMJ and muscle dysfunction.  Consult with a dentist that treats a lot of TMJ patients for an evaluation.

my dad undergone angioplasty two weeks before . now he feel heavy head and faint . conditions increases if he lay one side .

See his doctor ASAP: These are not normal symptoms after an angioplasty. They may be indicative of a continued problem with the heart, and should not be ignored. I would call his doctor immediately or take him to the emergency room. Good luck.
