Yes: Very heavy breasts can pull continuously on the suspensory ligament(Coopers) that supports them which can give chest and shoulder pain if wearing a bra. If the pain is severe, intense, and radiating to other areas, see a MD for evaluation.

Yes: Having heavy breasts can change your posture and cause stress of the muscles of your low back ; spine. I would suggest that you do a couple of things. Don't buy a bra off the rack. Have someone who specializes in proper fitting of a bra. Secondly see a physiotherapist and/or an osteopathic physician. To rule out any other problem.

Not serious: It is not unusual for some women with large breasts to have visible veins. They can still be treated if they are aestetically not appealing to you.

Question vague but: Many women have occasional variation of their menstrual period timing, some spotting between periods, a heavier or lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period. Having one of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean a medical problem, but a visit to one’s primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

im 20 weeks pregnant. i discovered redness at the bottom, inner sides of both my breast. the lump on the heavier breast has a lump around the redness. i hardly wear bras so i dont think thats the issue. what could be the cause, cancer?

Some women feel normal after a few days, but others have bothersome symptoms and follow-up with a doctor. A pregnancy test can be done if there is a chance of pregnancy.

Estrogen dominance ?: An IUD of any type does not affect the hormone levels produced by your ovaries, and if your "large heavy breasts" already exist, no changes can be expected in the estrogen stimulation giving rise to this.  Low dose oral contraceptives as now constituted will provide a much lower level of estrogen, stop ovarian production of estrogen, and alleviate your breast symptoms.

hi good night is it normal to be having swollen and heavy breasts for months even while my period is here and when its finish weeks after weeks its still swollen and heavy and sometimes they are sores even when my period is not due?

: Are you big breasted? Sometimes persistently heavy,swollen feeling and sore breasts not related to the menstrual cycle have more to do with surrounding muscles and ligaments rather than with the breast tissue itself. Fibrocystic breasts are usually lumpy. It's best to have an examination &amp;get advice from your physician or gynecologist.
