2019 i have a lungs infaction and now symptom is this i feel heaviness in my lungs when i bend i feel lungs heaven's i drink cold water a lot because here is to much heat thats why please help me?

You need a definite diagnosis, and you will likely need some medications to treat this. The heavy feeling in your chest could be a sign of a heart problem, so don't delay. This is worrisome.

Probably not: A "punctured lung" with no obvious cause is a spontaneous pneumothorax, which is a tiny air leak through the outer lining around the lung. It may happen if there is a sudden increase in the outside air pressure, such as being close to an explosion. The air pressure might go down the throat, into the lungs, and push air through a weak spot in the lining. Lifting doesn't cause that kind of pressure.

Those with this process can always have a susceptibility to lung problems throughout life although they may rarely if ever wheeze. Having a family member with asthma increases the  chance one can have such problems without active asthma.

Not normal: The sensation is not normal. More details are needed to determine its onset, triggers, contributing and relieving factors, background medical history. X-rays and lung function testing are also needed. Only then can you determine the chances that it will go away.
