Best way to figure: Out is to go to your doctor for testing.  Otherwise some of the most common symptoms are drinking too much, peeing too much, eating too much.

You : You should get a complete medical evaluation wtih blood work.  Sometimes if you absorb food too rapidly it can cause those symptoms.  Keep a food diary of what you eat and what your symptoms are to see if there is a pattern.  If you develop abdominal pain, light-headedness, vomiting or fever then you would need to be seen as an emergency.
