Great : Great question. Well, if you were hypothyroid it could lead to very low energy and to feeling down. If you don't have adhd/ add and you are taking ritalin, (methylphenidate) it could have a stimulant effect that would help to lift your  focus, your low energy and your mood. Ptsd can definately be a cause for difficulty with concentration and memory. However, it is best to treat the cause of the ptsd, rather than just taking a stimulant.  I am glad that you are going to get a medical check up. Since you also have ptsd, it would be in your best interest to see a psychiatrist for a comprehensive evaluation with medication recommendations. Good luck.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you indicated the units of measure for phosphate, 0 62 is not intelligible.

See an orthopedic: surgeon for exam and MRI of your LS spine. You symtoms are suggestive of compression neuropathy from nerve entrapment, hernoated disc( s)l, degenerative disc disease , compression of nerve roots and degenerative arthritis.

Possibly a sciatica: A sciatica is caused by an irritation of a nerve in the back that then can cause pain that runs down the leg like you are describing.  There are also potentially other causes as well.  Usually a detailed history and exam can determine the cause.  Thank you for your question.
