Nauseau and bloating: yes. Vomiting is not something I have heard. Overall your body becomes more sensitive to heat and cold. I would check with your primary care about the vomiting and or obgyn. I see you are male, ask the female in question to do this please. Thank you.

severe heartburn, nausea, vomitting, dizziness, sore&itchy nipples, dandruff. am on bc but am terrified these might be signs of pregnancy. are they/worth taking a test for?

Definitely: The above symptoms may not be pregnancy related but you do need a pregnancy test to help guide you for the appropriate medical care. If + upt, schedule a visit soon with your OB provider. If "-", it's ok to wait & see if you improve versus seeing your regular doc.  Cost wise, it's worth it & most OB offices still offer free pregnancy tests. Take care.

GERD: These symptoms are classic symptoms of GERD and Hiatal Hernia. You seem at risk for complications -- heartburn, esophagitis, ulcer, transformation of esophageal mucosal tissue into atypical tissue, and aspiration.  Needs remedy.

See your doctor today: There a number of possible reasons for this symptom complex. Gallbladder inflammation and stones is the first to come to mind. Acute cholecystitis can exacerbate symptoms of reflux disease which you also describe. Either way i would recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible to begin the appropriate work.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

: I wouldn't consider N&amp;V common with GERD but certainly does occur. The regurgitation of acidic fluids from GERD can cause nausea.

i have nausea and vomiting every evening. i also get gerd symptoms. gerd meds have stopped working for the vomiting and nausea. what could it be?

Gastritis: May be complicated by H pylori a bacteria associated with GERD/ gastritis. Also may have ulcer or gastroparesis -( slowling of emptying-do you have diabetes? ). There may also be a gallbladder issue. Would check for diabetes, check thyroid function, check for food intolerences like gluten,  and  follow up with gastroenterologist

Probably not: Depression is not usually a cause of abdominal pain, although chronic abdominal pain could be associated with depression.  It would be prudent to check for gallbladder disease or peptic ulcer disease, usually with ultrasound, biliary scan, and possible endoscopy.  The best way to start would be with a visit and assessment with a primary care physician, a family physician or an internal med doctor.
