hey ,i have some trouble breathing some nights and seem to stop coughing at that time and heartbeat very fast headache not going away.

Nocturnal symptoms: If your heart rate is very rapid(over 100) or if the rhythm appears  irregular, it warrants an investigation and wearing an outpatient heart monitor would be helpful if symptoms occurred while wearing it. You may be experiencing a type of nocturnal asthma. The headache is probably secondary to the other symptoms. See your physician to get investigated.

my heartbeat is very fast it is usually between 90 -98 when i check it. should i be worried?

No: Normal HR  ranges from 60-100 at rest. Many things affect heart rate. Activity, mood, medications, caffeine, alcohol, other medical conditions.  Without symptoms not usually an issue. If palpitations, shortness of breath, chest pain then speak with ur PCP

when i cough heartbeat goes very fast for half and hour then all disapears should i be worried?

Nice symptom!: I wouldn't be too worried, but would see doc to eval you for svt ( supraventricular tachycardia) with holter monitor.  Wear it and try to make symptoms happen.  I am not worried because svt usually occurs at a relatively fixed rate.  If it happens again, it will happen at the same rate and not faster. Since you tolerated last episode well, you will tolerate the next.

i hve facing so many prblms high blood pressure 140/100, acidity, headache and both sides pain of the chest my heartbeat running very fast.

Requires Workup: Many things could cause these issues. Sometimes not specific cause is identified. Without much more history, I am curious if you have been checked for  sleep apnea which can cause a lot of those symptoms. Best to have a dr. Get more history, examine you and go from there.

Heart rate: Rapid heartbeat on standing can have many causes. Low blood volume, venous insufficiency and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome are three of them. There are a number of others. You need an evaluation by a doctor to try and explain your finding.

i hear weird thumping sound in my ear. i don't think it's a sound of heartbeat, because it's usually very fast. thoughts?

Check w/ your ENT: But most likely you are hearing a spasm of your stapedius muscle in your ear. This tiny muscle contracting can cause your ear bones and ear drum to tremor, which might sound like thumping or a drum beating.  It is generally not a problem or sign of any serious issues. my pelvis is pulsing. sometimes like a heartbeat, and other times very fast. kinda feels like a muscle spams but its happening more often. what is it?

Blood vessel: Certainly sounds like you're feeling your pulse in your pelvis which is certainly an unusual place to feel it. You're too young to have an atherosclerotic aneurysm but an aneurysm would come to mind. Rare diseases can cause it in young people, like a vasculitis such as periarteritis nodosa. You should get checked out.

iv been suffering with what feels like a very fast heartbeat palpitations dizzy & sharp upper left chest pain - now wen i breath it's lower lung pain?

Possible arrhythmia : You should see a cardiologist - although the symptoms are non specific, they may suggest arrhythmia - perhaps svt - which can occur in a your person like yourself

Dehydrated?: Would encourage consuming more water for a week and then checking your heart rate.  If continues,  see your doc.
