Need more info : Possibly your body is not tolerating the increase in hr. May be you are dehydrated? Maybe you have an electrical heart problem causing arrhythmias; metabolic unbalance like diabetes or electrolytes unbalance like drop on potassium or magnesium. See a physician soon.

Yes, if asymtomatic: Many athletes have very low resting heart rate.  However, u do have symptoms so u might want to check that out

Numerous causes: Palpitations can be caused by extra early beats from either the top or bottom of the heart. They may also be due to a very fast heart rhythm. Sometimes the sensation of palpitation is not due to the heart, but to other causes such as stress.  Fatigue, caffeine, drugs, and  metabolic problems such as too high of a thyroid level can be a cause.  An event monitor can be helpful to find out the cause.

Not necessarily: It could be the case, but it could be related to dehydration or an electrolyte or acid-base imbalance.  Or under-nutrition.  You have to get that treated.

Several things: That sense of your heart flipping over is characteristic of either premature beats or runs of  arrhythmias. Your. Doctor can order an ekg and advise on the results. The dizziness should prompt not waiting.

Palpitation Sx: Palpitations are an awareness of extra heartbeats which most of us have. The sensation can be single or multiple and can sometimes last minutes. Different people may feel other symptoms along with them such as dizzy, lightheaded or short of breath. The palpitations are almost always atrial or ventricular premature beats. Usually benign but they are also found with abnormal hearts.

See a doctor: Looking at your history you probably have a heart condition and need to be worked up. If you are dizzy when your heart rate drops to 50 you need to call an ambulance next time.

Dizzy: Dizziness may be caused by inner ear problems, brain problems and blood pressure cerebral perfusion problems. Dizziness does not necessarily imply a heart problem. The more common cause is likely the inner ear.
