Vitals are very good: If you came to our office and we screened you with those data for determining the likelihood of my counseling you to be further evaluated for COVID19 then, I would not worry about you having the infection.  Your pOx is just fine as are all the rest of your vital signs.  Body aches are very nonspecific and so I discount them as clinically insignificant so far as diagnosing COVID19 is concerned.

hi, since a week ago, i noticed that i can hear a beat sound (like a fast heart rate) when i am in bed with my ear on the pillow. seems to be a faster beat than my heart rate and i stop hearing it as soon as i change the position of my head. thank?

: What you experienced is normal. If it bothers you, keep your ear off the pillow.

Chest pains: We have all aches and pains from time to time.  So what you describe is most likely normal for you. I would do a diary for several weeks noting exactly what you were doing before you got the pain, how long it lasted m. Note what you ate drank as well.  Share with your team and I suspect together you will figure out what is going on.

Should be: It is a  normal condition, called sinus arrhythmia.
But if your heart rate changes a lot, you want to check with your doctor.

Depends: Depends on how high the heart rate, for how long it remains so, the underlying heart condition and the reason for the high heart rate.  Please talk to your doctor and perhaps see a cardiologist if you have recurrent problems.

Our body: Maintained a biological balanced status through a variety of different mechanism. Our heart rate is control by different mechanism. One is the autonomic nervous system. Parasympathetic decrease and sympathetic increase. A well balance o2 delivery: o2 demand will keep hr normal if no other stressors to the body(diseases).

Standing erect: When you lie or sit, your body doesn't have to fight gravity to get blood to your head. When you stand up, it does, and heart rate rises and leg blood vessels tighten to maintain blood flow to your brain. Breathing is less affected. If you have heart failure, breathing and heart rate may rise upon lying down since more blood returns to the heart than it can handle and it backs up into the lungs.

Sometimes: Babies heart rates change all the time. Some changes are good, heart rate rises that are called accelerations. Other changes can be bad like temporary drops (decelerations), low or high heart rates. If there are drops in the heart rate or it is staying too high or too low, you might need to be induced or even have a c/s. A normal fetal heart rate is how we can tell the baby is ok.

A bit strange: Likely benign at your age, but i'd have u see your internist or a cardiologist. A 14 day event recorder might solve that pulse issue. Could anxiety play a part here?
