Depends on details: People range from age 0 to about 116 years, about 5 to 500 pounds, and all sorts of medical backgrounds. Heart rates are normally higher during exercise, etc. A 113 heart rate is normal in some people part of the time, but rarely normal in one person all of the time. Details matter. Otherwise, a number is just a number, with little or no meaning. One's primary care doctor can help with advice.

Get an ECG /monitor: A normal heart rate is typically in the range of 60-100 at rest.  That said, many normal people can have deviations fom that.  A pathological heart rate/rhythm is best determined by an ecg/cardiac monitor.  Also-whether symptoms exist (like fainting or near-fainting particularly when you are trying to do something), your history (congenital heart problems, murmur/bp issues/mom w lupus)-cause block.

i had a heart rate of28 bpm. had a dual pacemaker put in. they said it should be at 70bpm but sometimes it is around 85 to94 bpm. is this normal?

You would need: to be more specific but 70 is probably the minimum where the pacemaker takes over.

bp before exercise: 130/83, after exercise: 100/60. 2 hours after that time: 95/60, heart rate 85 bpm. without beta blocker. is it normal / abnormal?

BP should be high : You are in beta blockers. Medications that will decrease the normal response of blood pressure and heart rate to exercise. If no beta blockers your blood pressure should be a little higher right after exercise. Have you have a stress test? What are the echo results? Any other symptoms? Dizziness after standing from chair? Check with your doctor.

drank wine and ate bad before bed, pizza and cookies, than woke up in middle of night with pounding heart rate, 85 bpm. did food and wine cause this?

Normal heart rate: is 60-100.I would suspect some kind of heartburn or reflux type symptoms from your history.Is your heart(pulse) still pounding?If so,go get checked out today by your doc,or visit an ER.

heart rate 55 bpm when resting sometimes lower , and 70 to 80 min hen walking from what im reading that is to low ? i am 37 and not particularly for but about average as play golf , is that to low ?

: It depends on the speed at which you walk, how well conditioned you are. Resting heart rate of 55bpm is not clearly abnormal to warrant investigation. By the way, I assume your are not on any medication of any kind. If you are still worried, please have your doctor examine you.

Your heart rate: How was this heart rate taken?  88 is too low to be a normal fetal heart rate, the range is roughly 120's -150's.  If the reading was with a doppler or stethoscope, it is likely  that they picked up your heart rate and not your baby's.  Give your OB a call for clarification.

Hypotension: Your BP is not an unusual reading for a young woman. A heart rate at rest of 110 is also not unusual at your age but one would prefer to see it lower. Be sure you are adequately hydrated and not exposing yourself to exogenous stimulants like caffeine(coffee) or nicotine(tobacco).

bp: 148/95; total cholesterol: 149; hdl: 61; glucose: 86; resting heart rate: 56 bpm; active. how concerned should i be about the hypertension?

moderately: That blood pressure is high, especially in a 30 year old. If exercise, salt restriction and if needed. Weight loss, does not help then you need to be on meds.
