Enzymes: The stock answer is myocardial cell damage or death causes release and elevation of the enzymes. Cardiac enzymes are supposed to be very specific, in practice not quite so much.. Similar for liver, generally means organ damage but not really that simple.

Heart attack: Cardiac enzymes are for the most part muscle enzymes and can be elevated by anything that causes problems with muscle. The more cardiac specific enzymes will be less bothered but none are perfect. One would have to know what was going on before your enzymes were drawn to speculate what might have happened, including lab error.

Pericardial effusion: I think you are talking about pericarditis or pericardial effusions.  Fluid around the pericardium. Can be cause by a variety of conditions. Viral or bacterial disease, after heart surgery and after heart attack, lupus an rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, heart failure, renal failure, hypithyroidism, etc.

Limited help: If your heart enzymes are normal (/not elevated)--usually while you are having some kind of chest discomfort, it is considered (much) less likely that the source of the problem is your heart. But, we always recommend follow up with your dr or cardiology to be sure not missing something.

Incorrect: Cox-1 inhibitors do not reduce the risk of TIA and heart attack, they increase it. Vioxx was taken off the market because of this. Celebrex (celecoxib) is still available but increases the risk of vascular adverse event.
