No: It is very important to talk in depth with your cardiologist about what exercises are allowed if any considering the severity of your heart condition. It is possible that without speaking to him/her the first symptom may be death.

heart echo test showed aortic aneurysm 4.0cm two weeks later on ct flo angiogram it was 4.5cm. we are trying to get my blood pressure under control too. should i be concerned?

: An aortic diameter of 4.0 to 4.5 cms indicative of dilatation especially if diffuse rather than discrete. Vigorous attempts to control the blood pressure should be continued follow-up evaluations recommended.

i, m 31, had stress test/ecogram of heart 4 months ago, signs were great. can i develop an aortic aneurysm since then? i'v having mid chest/ back pain

Yes: Anything can develop. The stress test was a moment in time. However, a stress test looks for blockages in the coronary arteries of your heart, not an aortic aneurysm. Your symptoms could be an aneurysm. If you have personal or family risk factors for that, you need that evaluated. That can be done by angiography or ct.

i was diagnosed with a ascending aortic aneurysm by my family doctor. do i need to go see a heart doctor?

Yes: Ascending aortic aneurysms are treated once they reach 6cm in diameter. They are treated to prevent rupture. Typically they are monitored by ct angiograms once a year. A cardiothoracic surgeon is perfect to follow such a condition.

Depends on the: Size. <5cm not much immediate concern. >5cm requires surgery soon. However make sure you are being followed by a cardio thoracic surgeon.

Not really: The presence of an aneurysm itself shouldn't cause cardiac symptoms. If it were to rupture there would certainly be cardiac issues, but these would probably be overshadowed by the intense pain from the rupture.

UNLIKELY: At thirty-five it is unlikely you have developed  an aaa, but it's not totally impossible.  You could have some degree of high blood pressure, which perhaps makes your pulsations more noticeable.  If you are very thin, it's not that unusual to notice your aortic pulsations.
