Yes: Chlamydia in the past increases your risk of pelvic inflammatory disease and can lead to infertility or at least an increase ectopic (tubal) pregnancies.

If : If you are sure about your history and have had 4 negative tests, and no exposure, then something is not right here. You can go back to the same clinic and ask to be re-tested, or you can go to a different cliinc and get tested (culture or urine is adequate). It is your choice on how you proceed.

Yes.: Chlamydia can be asymptomatic for many years in women and result in scarring of Fallopian tubes.  This can cause infertility or ectopic pregnancy.  Chlamydia usually causes urethritis in men.

Need more info: Chlamydia and trich are usually asymptomatic in men. What makes you suspect UTI? It would help if you were to describe your symptoms rather than your presumed diagnosis. STD may present in more than 6 weeks, therefore not having had sex in 6 weeks does not rule out having acquired an infection at an earlier episode of sex.

Practice safe sex: Practice safe sex which incldes monogamous sex, avoid multiple sex partner, use condom if not sure to protect  against stds.

No: The treatments for chlamydia are excellent and all symptoms should clear up within a few days. After that, there shouldn't be any kind of "vaginal problem" or other symptoms. See your doctor if the problem continues.
