Many causes: Chronic headache has many causes most of them benign, chronic meningitis is extremely rare and would be progressive see a neurologist once to put your mind at rest and treat the pain.

See ophthalmologist: Eye pain, headaches, and nausea together can be a sign of very high eye pressure.  The eye doctor can also make sure you do not have pressure on your optic nerves from the headaches (papilledema).  You need to see your doctor to make sure nothing serious is occurring.

Unlikely: Pain is indicative of an infection. It is time to see your doctor again for a fresh assessment to ascertain if you need antibiotics.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

the right side of my head and neck has been painful for ~2 wks. blurry right eye/pain, ear pain, neck pain, back of head pain. only on rt side. hasnt gotten better or worse in 2 wks. sensitive to touch. no fever. what kind of headache is this?

Headache: Could be migraine or sinusitis, sometimes when back of skull hurts I have seen  subclinical herpes infection that responds to acyclovir, or could be cervicalgia  pain in nerves/muscles from discs, muscle spasm or migraine . if not better in 12 hours or  if nausea ,vomiting eye blurring  or spots seek immediate  medical attention

Always use moist warm compresses for better lubrication to coat your eyes with natural oils from your eyelid's meibomian glands. Also using lubricating drops and ointment at night helps. Get it checked out!
