If you can't get to a clinic/lab over the weekend, you can drink lots of cranberry juice. You can also clean yourself off VERY well, go into a clean cup or jar and check for any odor. Leave it at room temp overnight, if not infected, it should still be clear and nearly odorless.

Maybe: If you have been sexually active and missed your period, that is a possibility. Take a home pregnancy test so that you know one way or another.

How low?: Oligohydramnios is defined as afi <2.5%tile for gestational age (or: afi <5cm, mvp <2cm); it can be due to rupture of the amniotic membranes, maternal dehydration, bilateral fetal renal dysgenesis, or fetal growth restriction (+/- fetal aneuploidy). Fetal surveillance is indicated twice weekly, and delivery by 34-37 weeks depending on your mfm's advice. Maintain hydration, avoid exercise, get u/s.
