Morning headache: Waking up with a headache is most commonly seen with obstructive sleep apnea and sinusitis.  With the fatigue, i lean towards sleep apnea.  Do you snore and hold your breath when you sleep?  This would also suggest sleep apnea.

Sinus infection: You likely have a sinus infection but there could be other causes. You need to see your doctor.

Headaches in am: Waking with headache is unusual and likely not caused by eyes unless vision is affected. Puffy eyes with headache in am most likely to be blood pressure related but an eye specialist can easily rule out glaucoma  as a rare possibility. Sinus and or allergy from something in bedroom such as feather pillows, dust mites etc can also be causal. Your careful observation of what may trigger these helps.

Chest lymph nodes: Lymph nodes on cxr/ct scan & symptoms sound like sarcoidosis , TB or lymphoma. You need bronchoscopy by lung doctor for tissue diagnosis. The treatment depends on tissue specific diagnosis. Wish you good health.

Possibly sinus : If these symptoms were preceded by an upper respiratory infection a bacterial sinus  infection may have developed as a result of that. There may also be a pressure feeling between or behind the eyes as well feeling stuffy in the nose. The pressure and headaches may cause nausea. Over the counter medications to decrease the stuffiness in the nose may provide relief.  If not see your physician.

COVID 19: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant &amp; persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
