Many: The nausea after eating suggest a stomach problem , like ulcer  or stomach cancer. The other symptoms can all come from the nausea cause.  If this has been going on for more than a week, see a doctor

Try an NSAID for pain relief. Please report fever to your physician.

Try smaller meals: There is no good answer, however, it would be worthwhile reducing the size of the servings. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Drop in Blood Sugar: A drop in blood sugar levels can lead to a headache and if your body is used to regular times for meals it will experience a slight drop at the time you generally eat. Since your brain needs fuel in the form of glucose to function, it may cause a headache to develop. If you know you will need to skip a meal or delay eating, plan ahead by taking a light snack to tide you over!

Workout & meals: Even if not working out (but especially if you are) you need more than 2 meals a day.  Depending out their goals, many people will have some carbs (veggies, complex carbs) & protein before a workout, and then again after.   Generally you want to eat something healthy (not junk food) every 4-6 hours at least, stopping eating 3 hours before bed time.  Your body needs fuel and care each day.

Possibly Blood Sugar: Although it varies per person, many people will experience side effects from missing regular meal intake of food. The human body is designed for about 4-6 small to medium meals per day (although 3 large meals is traditional in western societies) and thus missing a scheduled meal can contribute to fluctuating blood sugars resulting in negative side effects such as headaches.

Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc.
