Possible Low Sugar: There are a few possible answers. One of them is possible low blood sugar to the the brain. The only fuels the brain can use are glucose & ketones. When you skip a meal your total body blood sugar may remain the same, but the blood sugar to the brain may drop and ketones may go up, both of which can cause headaches. Less likely are migraines, triggered by the above.
