Frequent breaks: Headaches while using the computer may be caused by poor posture or ergonomics at the desk, or by squinting or straining because vision is poor or display is unclear. One remedy is to take a short break at least every 30 minutes to rest, stretch or switch activity. 
Sometimes it's the fluorescent lights above the computer. If you are sensitive, turn them off or switch to incandescents or daylight.

Migraines, tension headaches, headaches due to eye strain or vision problems are among the most  common.  To decide on the best treatment, you will need to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis as there are so many different causes for headache. Different headache causes may be treated differently.

20/20 is just: one part of the equation for vision. It's quantitative assessment. This doesn't necessarily mean the quality of the "20/20" vision is normal. Also, the epiretinal membrane could be causing wrinkling in areas not responsible for your central best vision. I don't think this is the cause of your glare or headaches. Epiretinal membrane would cause distortion in vision.

See your eye doc: With new headaches, you always wanna see your doc. In this case, you might stop by the eye doc first (od, do or md) and see if you need new glasses specifically for viewing a computer screen. This can cause eye strain and headaches. If that doesn't fix the headaches, then you need to see your regular doc (do or md) to have the headaches evaluated.

Lack of aptitude: You don't  have head ache when using computer , or phone , non educational activities , get it only when you study , is an indication that you are not interested  in your studies. You are only 19 , if you study will have bright future ahead , take easy subjects first , then advance , don't need doctor for it.

Dry eyes are your: top issues when you are working at a computer 40 hours a day nonstop. You aren't using your blink reflexes, and your eyes are drying out. So use a post it note saying, 'BLINK!' and use nonpreservative lubricating drops (artificial tears) to help your eyes be less blurry!Do give your eyes a break and blink or close your lids too.UR blink reflex basically turns into staring at a screen for 40 hours!

Might really be tension headache and can come from neck problems or eye strain that would occur from bing in front of a computer for long periods.
