Am headahce f/u ct: Morning headaches and postural headaches can be related to colloid cysts, among other etiologies.  Follow up head ct is advised to assess for mass effect. In setting of continued postural headaches, MRI would then be advised as well as continued gp evaluation.

Need a work up: A headache is a nonspecific symptom of so many things, some organic others functional. You need to have organic problems such as infections, tumors vascular malformations ruled out before thinking of functional issues such as tension or stress

Headache: This usually stems from tension in the muscles in the neck. They are attached at the back of the head, and usually give rise for a headache. Help with a warmed up towel, moistened and placed into the microwave for a short time can help a lot.

Neuralgia: Your location may fit the anatomy of the greater occipital nerve, and could be a problem coming from where the neck and base of skull come together.  Alternatively, this may be referred pain from neck arthritis.
Focal occipital headaches may also be seen in thoracic outlet syndrome.  Get a physical exam and then appropriate therapy.
