i've had a mild headache at the back left of my head for about 2-3 days only really feel it every time i stand up from sitting or bed? what to do?

It could just be: Tension or muscle strain. Also check your blood pressure. Normally below 130/85. Take care !

every time i bend my head my nose starts to run only on my left nostril. i had rhinoplasty 2 years ago because i had a blockage in both nostril. im not sick and i dont have a headache. but it only happens when i bend my head?

Yes: Yes if the headache stays consistent for years, that is a good thing. Also when you said pressure headache, i think you mean stress headache. A pressure headache is from something like sinusitis which can be treated.

Migraine?: Probably more likely to be migraine related. See a neurologist. The international headache society doesn't even recognize the term sinus headache because other than with sinusitis there is no such thing.

Get help: You may have a sinus infection and if it is focalized and tender, this may represent a bacterial problem which will require antibiotics and other interventions.  There are a few other possibilities, like a problem with your cavernous sinus, and best to see your doctor soon.

Throbbing is c/w: vascular, i.e. migraine mechanism of headache. If carefully applied compression of the lower portion of carotid artery (decreasing blood pressure to the meningeal arteries on the left side), this would confirm the mechanism of the pain. Holding it for about a minute may also help stop stop pain, especially if done before painful very long, eg. 15-20 min.
