i avoided a sneeze and then my head hurt for a while...can i have a head/brain injury? can i have a ruptured vessel? can it change your face?

No: Stifling a sneeze is not going to do any harm.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

do i need to go to the hospital for a head injury?

Maybe.....: "head injury" needs to be better defined.  If you struck your head and had any of the following: laceration (cut), severe headache, loss of consciousness (knocked out), dizziness, nausea, vomiting, double or blurry vision, or stroke-like symptoms (can't feel or move parts of your body), then you should go to the hospital to get checked out (probably with a ct scan).  If in doubt, get checked out.

Medication first: Start with seizure meds prescibed by a doctor. There are many good ones out there (meds and doctors) some people might do best with epilepsy surgery, vagal nerve stimulation or combinations of meds with or without surgery to abort or modulate break through seizures. You also need to monitor blood levels, get an eeg. Check calcium, sodium and magnesium levels. Talk to the doctor about restrictions.

Face: Possibly. May be soft tissue trauma, nerve related or less likely a fracture. You should check it out

Not advised: I would not advise doing so. After a concussion, please have a Neurologic examination with your PCP.
Once they have determined that you are well, then they will advise you regarding activities and alcohol consumption.

Yes: Some injuries, particularly traumatic head injuries, can cause hearing loss.

Probably unlikely: Unlikely that you would have this problem, but it can occur spontaneously in people with no family history.

Memory Loss: Fatigue, stress, anxiety, and/or  depression are the most common or likely causes.

Accepted Answer

TBI: Symptoms can persist for a long time. Once one has a significant TBI even a minor trauma can precipitate symptoms. Consider seeing a TBI specialist.
