Headache: A headache in the occipital area or lower back of the head can be referred pain from sinus congestion but also can be from muscle tension in the shoulder. See your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

See a doctor: This might be a simple tension headache however if you feel pain on rubbing your head this could be something more sinister such as temporal arteritis which is inflammation of the arteries in the temporal regions of the head. If you have any associated blurred vision or other worrying symptoms such as vomiting, neck stiffness, dizziness, fainting.. see your doctor immediately

She needs an exam: Please call your doctor so that she can have an exam. It would be a good idea to start a headache diary that details her symptoms, timing, precipitating factors, and anything that makes the headaches worse or better. That her symptoms have been going on for so long suggests migraines or another headache syndrome, it is important to rule out tumors. It is also important to have her vision checked.

Headache: You are having a headache. If you may try Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin as prescribed on the bottle to help with your pain. If you start to notice changes in your vision it can be a sign of a migraine. If you do not get relief, you should contact an adult to take you to the hospital to be evaluated.

i had sharp pain in the right back of my head for multiple times today that lasted probably a minute or less. it was very random and didnt hurt much, but was sharp and didnt feel like a normal headache.

See below : This tends to happen, if you haven’t had any other symptoms ( nausea, blurry vision, proyectile vomit, or other neurological signs or symptoms)  it could be stress related, increase your water intake and healthy diet, right amount of sleep and exercise.

If you have  had neurological symptoms please go to the ER

Need more informatio: This could be many things--what does it look like? If it goes away then likely it's something inflammatory and probably nothing to worry about. If it persists more than s couple of weeks and gets bigger then you should consider evaluation by a doctor, not because it's necessarily serious but to figure out what it is
