Keep follow up: You will need to keep your follow up appointments. BHCG typically increases by 66% every 48 hours. Bleeding in pregnancy is common but never normal. Most of the time things are ok but it can indicate a tubal pregnancy or miscarriage in some cases. Follow up is needed.

From LMP: Duration of pregnancy is measured from the first day of last period. Count the days from Nov 10 and divide by 7.

my last period date was 20 october 2019. hcg level was 2.39. does that mean i am pregnant?

Need more info: If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. . If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If the HCG test was done after a missed period, you are not pregnant.

Yes: Unfortunatley the only way to fnd out is to get a sonogram done. Hormone levels vary alot and i woldn't interpret them literally.

is 1,327 a good hcg level for 5-6 weeks pregnant? not sure on ovulation date, lmp was 12/11 and first positive test was 1/11. 2 previous miscarriages, i am 29. i have to wait to get second betas done, but looking for guidance in meantime?

Please get seen: I'm sorry about what was probably the loss of your newly-conceived child. Most important is that you visit a physician who is able to care for this sad situation -- you may have tissue remaining that should be removed.

An hCG level between 6 and 24 mIU/mL is considered a GREY AREA, and you’ll likely need to be retested to see if your levels rise to confirm a pregnancy.
