May be too soon: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Need clarification: You're right ... The math isn't adding up. You could not have a level of 634 only 3-4 days after conception. The general rule of thumb is that you can start to test HCG blood levels as early as 10 days after conception. And, that HCG levels double every 48 hours. Neither of those statements is concrete, just general rules. The dr may have meant 25, 000. Ask to have your levels tested again.

HCG test: If you are certain about dates, a negative serum HCG test 24 days after sexual contact is accurate to be assured that the sexual encounter 24 days ago did not result in pregnancy.  Even if a period is delayed, ovulation occurs fourteen days before a period, so the "24 day" date is unlikely for pregnancy origin.

Call your doctor: Did you tell your doctor you had unprotected sex prior to getting the Depo?  Try not to be your own worst enemy.  If you had unprotected sex use Plan B or tell your doctor.  An IUD  could have prevented pregnancy as well.  Remember you still need protection from HIV, Herpes, HPV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphyllis and other STDs and should use condoms.  Please protect yourself and avoid stress.

Accurate: If you have not had a period for 6 months and you have pcos, then the problem is that you are not ovulating.  A test at 22 days after intercourse should accurately reflect if you are pregnant or not.  If the test is negative, then talk with your doctor about ways to induce ovulation as well as metformin.

: If the foul odor persists you should be checked for an infection but that has nothing to do with being pregnant. Your dates and timelines are not at all clear and even appear contradictory. If you had a negative serum HCG 49 days after your last sexual encounter then it is extremely unlikely that you are pregnant. If you are still concerned, do another test.

Many reasons: While it is unlikely you are pregnant, that may still be an issue, so pay attention to how you feel as emergency contraception will not work with an ectopic pregnancy the same way. Many things can alter periods, including stress, exercise, medications, and even age. If your period has usual been very regular, this last cause is unlikely. Also, in the future please use regular contraception.
