B vits can make it: more yellow but usually not cloudy. If you have a cold or urinary tract infection, it may be cloudy. But, if you hydrate well, the urine should be clear even with taking multivitamins (MVI).

: No, there is nothing to concern if you do not have history of kidney stone. With specific gravity of 1.030 and calcium oxalate 1+ in the sediment, you are at risk of calcium oxalate stone. You should increase fluid intake 20 - 30%  to bring down the specific gravity to less than 1.015 at the highest and reduce intake of foods which contain high amount of oxalate (google it).

Having said that, the leukocyte count is higher, than normal and may suggest infection.
