Without an in-depth history, examination, and testing it's difficult to tell what could be going on.  You should make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your problems. Obgyn visit: See an Obgyn. They will go through a complete history and do an exam. Based on your visit they may decide to do an evaluation for PMS and endometriosis. They may offer you birth control to see if this regulates the hormonal changes and stabilizes the problem.

Burning stomach: This is usually due to excess acid build up. Most likely to occur when your stomach is empty (because food buffers acid). In the case of acid reflux, the discomfort may be the worst around 1/2 - 1 hour after a meal or while lying down. Peptic ulcer is another cause, usually with gnawing central abdominal pain when the stomach is empty, particularly at night, and it feels better after eating.

UTI and pregnancy?: Blood in urine with frequency/burning is suggestive of a uti/urethritis. Missing period is likely if you are sexually active, especially if u have been regular. So, i would recommend getting a hpt to see if you pregnant. U may need to see doc to get urine tested for uti/urethritis etc...Otc uristat (phenazopyridine) may help with burning/urgency. Good luck.

Tracking it down: Having missed a period, it is appropriate to check a pregnancy test at least a week after the missed period.  If there are urinary complaints, seeing your physician or provider for evaluation for infection is also a reasonable choice.

Ulcer?: It might be simple inflammation. Worse case scenario an ulcer. Find foods that are less irritating. If pain is sharp, see a doctor and get some stomach medication!

Nonspecific: These symptoms are nonspecific but since they involve both the lower and upper gastrointestinal tract they could indicate a viral infection or intolerance to something you ate and diarrhea may develop. Try eating  bland, low fat foods and avoid harsh roughage, caffeine,alcohol and tobacco. Take antacid like mylanta for stomach burning. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

GBD VS acute PUD: This scenario most likely is a toss up between, Acute Peptic Ulcer disease vs Acute GBD, Needs further history to pin the Dx.
Othere D/D may need R/O Pancreatitis, Bowel obstruction
Patient needs further w/u ASAP, trial of   PPI. 
Blood work, US Abdomen. possible Upper Endoscopy needs to be considered if Xrays and blood work does not shed a light!!
