sometimes when i burp i get head aches in my forehead. why is this?

Increased pressure: Burping can cause some increase in pressure leading to some back up of blood draining from the venous system of the brain.  Straining from burping can also cause slight increase in pressure in leading to some discomfort.  Not to worry.  If no other symptoms (dizziness, vision changes, nausea) I would not be concerned. ??? influenza ???: Or some other viral infection. Rest take adequate fluids and wait for your body to fight it. Antibiotics don't treat virus infections.

Few possibilities: With frequent belching,and pain radiating to back in additon to pain in the pit of stomach possibilities are peptic clucer disease which includes gastric ulcer disease, duodenitis( 1st part of small intestine's inflammation ) or duodenal ulcer , gall stone disease including infection of GB, pancreas inflammation  and spine disease of thoracic spine with pain starting in back and raditing to front

Sinus infection like: You have sinuses behind your ears.  Your ear nose and throat are all connected.   If your symptoms persist for longer than a week, you made need antibiotics and flonase.
