Time to see a doctor: Any stomach flu type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, etc...  One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week, so a doctor's follow-up is helpful. It is time to see one's primary care doctor.

Remember to eat only healthy snacks of fruits and vegetables and you will continue to get more healthy. Remember to pay attention to the amount of fat , cholesterol,and salt in your food as well. Healthy decision making is habit forming.

Working out not enuf: Working out is good and you're wise to do it, but let's face it. It isn't sufficient to produce weight loss. Why? Because the calories you burn in 1 hours can be replaced by the eating you do in 3 minutes. Weight loss is ONLY accomplished by reduced caloric intake. Exercise is helpful but no substitute. Starvation: Starvation is not working for you. It is most likely that your body is working hard to keep the metabolism low because you are starving it.  Starvation diets do not work.  They often make one gain weight in the end and not lose it.
