my scalp is a bit smelly.. not horrible but noticeable to me. i do have dandruff&sometimws get sore little bumps like pimples & they bleed. y& what2do?

Wash daily: If you do not do it, wash your scalp and hair daily with any shampoo. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

It could be a simple: mole or keratosis or other conditions, but see your dermatologist for correct diagnosis

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.

A  million things!: Could be any one of a million things.  More than likely, it is nothing to worry about.   A pimple is usually an infections process, so I'm not sure it is a pimple that has lasted 9 years.  Please contact a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to put your mind at rest.

: You may watch and wait. If the "bump" more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, more bumps develop, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.

i love having scalp and face  massage got worried about hiv . if my masseuse is hiv and has bleeding hands i know he cannot penetrate my skin from scratches  . but do pimple or rashes on face and scalp   provide access to blood stream ? no worries ?

Unlikely. minimum.: First of all, who doesn't love a good face and scalp massage?  Regardless of HIV status, anyone with bleeding hands ought to attend to the bleeding before touching anyone else.  Make sure your masseuse washes hands before touching you. These are simple hygene.  Also if you have any open wound or skin break, you ought to tend to that, let them heal, and delay massages from strangers.

Unlikely but check: Fairly unlikely, hep c significantly higher risk than hiv. To be sure pls get it checked.
