How long??: How long havevyou had the symptoms and how high are the heels.  Is the pain first in your big toe, and then in the arch?  This may be a sign og big toe arthritis.  Is the soreness in the arch independent of the hight of the heels you are wearing?  Finally, how active are you in your heels.  Walk a lot? Or no?  This helps make the correct diagnosis and suggest treatment!

Go to ER: The fact that u r panic stricken would suggest that u shd visit an emergency room so that u can be thoroughly examined and get some tests, if necessary. Without examination it would be impossible to advise. Once a serious illness is ruled out u shd see ur doctor to overcome ur anxiety disorder with medications and psychotherapy if required.

Muscle pull?: Most likely a pulled muscle still. Try heat and anti inflammatories until you can see your physician

Yes: If it is not better in a week, do see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Not likely: A muscle strain in and of itself should not cause numbness.  However, if an associated nerve was stretched, or if there was direct impact to the muscle which may have also impacted a nerve, or if there is significant swelling that could be affecting a nerve, then numbness may result.

Triceps strain: Did the numbness start soon After the injury ? If so then it Can be related.most nerve injures in that area resolve on their own but may take 3-4 months

No: You need to uncover the cause of the arm numbness.  Some thoughts with chest symptoms, could be pectoralis minor syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, but other nerve issues could be considered.  A neurologist may be needed.  The muscle strain is most likely secondary to the arm issue.

It all depends.: Muscle strain/sprain are injuries to the muscle tissue that can be very painful. Some muscle injuries can cause trigger sensation which will cause pain to radiate to different areas. This are  trigger points. 
Now, a low back injury will not cause hand numbness. Other pathologies should be ruled out and a complete physical examination and likely imaging studies should be perform if symptoms persit
