Bowel Movements: Stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water per day). Try to get in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day – get that fiber in. Stay physically active if possible.  There are a number of over the counter laxatives that can be taken orally to help pass retained fecal matter.

Deep question: Teach rather than criticize. Criticism erodes love. Take every opportunity to show affection even if it does not seem to be returned. Unreasonable expectations of any kind, or making another family remember responsible for your happiness, will result in disaster. A pastor or other counselor may be a huge help, but some of these folks will make things worse. Healing can't happen without forgiveness.

However, not all, or even the majority of drug addicts, are self harmers. Certain substance abuse has a higher rate of self harm. These are amphetamines, benzodiazepines (probably withdrawal) problem drinking is common among people who self harm.

If none are found, then one can see a dermatologist, especially one specializing in hair restoration (some treatments: minoxidil, finasteride, hair transplants, ...). Medical causes may include: hormonal problems (low thyroid), seborrhea, alopecia areata, stressful illness. Other causes: genetic male/female pattern baldness, telogen effluvium.

Assuming things here: I assume you are referring to vaginal moisture with sexual excitement?  Many things can contribute to this.  In a 22 year old, this is usually not a problem.  Medications?  Stress?  Relational problems?  Inadequate foreplay and desire?  Depression?  Anxiety?  Drugs?  Alcohol?  Don't like the dude/dudess?  Apprehension?  Painful?  Can use any number of lubricants!  if in doubt, get it checked out.

Could be: Overall sleep deprived or did not get a restful night sleep( did not cycle through the stages of sleep.Give it a few nights of getting 8 hours of sleep and see if it resolves, if not helping or gets worse  see your your doctor.

See doc: You should inform your pediatrician or primary care doc. If not established or not willing to, an urgent care consult may be needed for 2 reasons at least: starting workup for your condition and getting hydrated as you are likely dehydrated. Doing it timely will only help.
