See your gyn: It's possible that you have anovulatory cycles (irregular ovarian function) and maybe even ovarian cysts.  See your gyn for discussion, examination, and possibly other tests.

CELLULITIS ?: After trauma,  the bump  or abrasion became infected and spreads down the  affected leg. It can be cellulitis if not treated.

You : You have already had one pregnancy after your tubal ligation, therefore it is safe to assume that your tubes recanulized (reconnected). You should take a pregnancy test. Otherwise see your doctor since it is not normal to feel like you are "dying". This definitely warrants further evaluation.

my son has a small pea sized harding moveable lump under his skin in his arm between his wrist and elbow.  it doesnt stick out and is not paint. he just noticed it today.what are the possible things this could be? he doesnt have any other symptoms.

? ganglion cyst: Your son most likely has a ganglion cyst. You can GOOGLE this and see if you recognize it. Sometimes they are painful while enlarging, but when stable they no longer hurt. The wrist area is a very common area for this to occur. The treatment is "expectant" meaning just watch it, document its size, and it may disappear. If it is a ganglion cyst it is a benign condition.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

You should: Go to a podiatrist to have it evaluated. It may be a ganglion ic cyst which is benign, but either way it should be biopsied, aspirated or removed in some capacity.
