Prostatitis: Yes. For the most part i believe you just answered your own question.  Since nonbacterial prostatitis is not due to a bacterial infection, it does not respond to antibiotics.

the tip/head of my penis sometimes burns when erect/aroused. but its hard to pinpoint where it occurs. sometimes it feels like the urethra. sometimes lower near the frenulum. sometimes i have burning pee but im negative for uti/sti/bac prostatitis?

Engorgement: Vascular engorgement from sexual excitation can result in the symptoms you described. If the symptoms abate with sex or masturbation, you need not be concerned.

Cause unknown: Nonbacterial is not uncommon but is usually a diagnosis of exclusion because the etiologic agent has not been identified. It can also develop from a noninfectious inflammatory disorder. this needs a thorough work up to make sure that an infectious agent is not present and may even benefit from empiric courses of antibiotics.

Most people...: Urinate when passing a bowel movement of any kind.  What you describe doesn't sound normal.  A trip to a urologist is suggested, especially at your age.

diagnose prostatitis when 37 now 53. flare ups 1 or 2 a yr. levaquin caused tendon rupture. prescribed bactrim for 6 weeks due to flare is this safe?

Risks and benefits: All medications have risks and benefits. Bactrim is a medication like Levaquin. In general, medications are in our body (eg. Liver or kidneys) which may limit the amount of medication. I found retail drug store pharmacists are a good source of medication precautions and may be able to provide a print out for your review. Bactrim is a drug that has been in the market for a long time.

: Ultrasound is not a precise test for prostatitis. It can only give clues about whether or not prostatitis is present, and cannot distinguish between the various types.

erections are suddenly weak and maintaining one is becoming hard. can piles have any effect or maybe do i have prostatitis? i'm 27 don't drink or smok

Many possible causes: Stress or anxiety can affect "performance".   Alcohol and marijuana can affect the quality of erections.  Tobacco smoking long term can promote erectile dysfunction.  Your description does not sound like prostatitis.   If you have had groin surgery or radiation therapy, both of these can affect erections.  If none of the above apply, then I advise seeing a physician for an exam.
