Hemorrhoid: You have a hemorrhoid. This is a common human experience and is in reality a blood clot in one of the rectal veins. If it is not bleeding or causing pain then it should just reabsorb and you will be fine.

External hemorrhoids: It sounds very much like external hemorrhoids. External hemorrhoids have pain fibers. They do get worse with straining or if you're constipated. Things that can help include not straining when you have a bowel movement, staying very well hydrated with water, and not sitting on the toilet to read a magazine or a book or playing with your phone when you're having a bowel movement.

Yeast infections: Yeast or Candida can cause irritating symptoms like you describe. I wonder 'where' the doctors found the thrush - in your mouth? If that's true, I would want to look for the 'cause' -such as pre-diabetes, dry mouth, medications (inhalers?) or other diseases. A purple lump could be a hemorrhoid, as Candida or yeast should be more reddish. Both can itch. There's definitely treatment-hope u see a doc

Try a hemorrhoid gel: This is most likely a hemorrhoid. That has thrombosed - developed a clot in a swollen vein around the rectum. Try conservative treatment 1st - lubricate the bump with gel, take stool softeners, eat more fiber, drink more water, take warm baths, use over the counter pain pills,  take daily walks or other exercises. If it doesn't resolve, surgical excision of the hemorrhoid may be the best treatment.

Need to get medcheck: Any sores, ulcers or swelling next to your anus implies local infection. This is often associated with pain in this area. if it was a boil that burst open, you need to seek medical attention. Go get checked by your doctor ASAP.
