Hemorrhoid: Probably an external hemorrhoid with clot (especially if tender), can be a prolapsed internal hemorrhoid.

Probable: Thrombosed external hemorrhoid. If not painful should resolve in 10-14 days. If painful, bleeding or doesn't resolve, see your doctor or a colon and rectal surgeon.
