Local allergic rxn: is common from many different types of insect bites as well as contact to a chemical such as poison ivy and if you only have one spot, then it is unlikely to be something ingested, which would cause a more generalized reaction.  Both will cause itching instead of pain, which is more likely related to infection. For itch, cold compresses, oral antihistamines (Benadryl) and hydrocortisone cream.

Buttock bumps: If these are recent and only involve one buttock, herpes simplex type 2  or shingles would be considerations. With both buttocks involved other diagnoses would be considered. A dermatologist could evaluate these for you and advise you.

Warm Wet Compresses: Avoid squeezing and trying to pop your pimples.  You should apply a warm wet compress to the finger and leave it there for 10-20 minutes.  Often, this will induce the pimple to drain naturally.  This is preferred over popping a pimple because popping a pimple often leads to rupture under the skin and an ensuing infection that will cause more problems and require more care.

Several options: Depending on what the pimple or bump looks like, you could have an insect bite of some sort, a cyst, stepped on something. There are a variety of things it could be. If it is painful or creating problems get checked out by a podiatrist. If it is getting bigger or changing colors definitly get checked out.

Corn? Wart? Other?: Calluses and corns form naturally to protect areas of skin where there is repeated pressure or frequent friction. Corns and calluses are thickened dead skin material. Corns hurt when they grow bigger and start pressing into the deeper parts of the foot (especially if the corn is on the bottom of the foot). A doctor should examine the bump and see if it could be a wart, which is due to a virus.

Try over the counter compound w, apply some neosporin to prevent infection.

Pompholyx?: If you are developing tiny blisters on your palms and maybe soles especially in the heat, you may have pompholyx / dyshidrotic eczema. A bit of cortisone cream can help, or get with your physician.

Hard to say: Since we can't see it or examine it the diagnosis is unknown. It could be an inflamed hair follicle or an abscess. It might go away if you keep heat on it or might require drainage.
