Evaluation: Its time to get evaluated by a gynecologist.  This could be a lesion near the opening of the vagina, it could be infection as well.  Might be a good idea to have the area evaluated a few hours after protected sex, so your gyn can see the area more clearly.  And I do mean protected.  Most gyn's do not appreciate the smell of semen during an exam.

Orgasms not the same: There is a good chance that your orgasm involved contractions of your uterus.  It does not happen with all orgasms; certainly, women without a uterus still experience very satisfying orgasms.  The top ( fundus) of the uterus may have been felt above your pubic bone with your fingers on your lower abdomen.  More than one "lump" and felt that high up suggests you might have small fibroids (benign).

Needs evaluation...: Please see a doctor and have these lesions evaluated.  An er physician may be able to evaluate and see how urgent this problem is and test for pelvic infections that need prompt treatment.  Most will refer to an gyn physician to start the work up to rule out cancer.  Check and see if there is a medical center with a gyn residency program in area.  Teaching clinics are good option for uninsured.

this could be an inflamed cyst, small abscess, or clogged Bartholin's gland. A gynecologist or dermatologist can usually make the diagnosis with a visual exam.  If necessary, surgical drainage of a cyst or abscess could be done, or an excision of the bump, if it is determined that a biopsy is needed.  It is unlikely that it is a tumor, but it would be wise to have a proper exam done of the bump, as soon as possible.

Hard to say: it may be nothing of consequence, but to be sure you should visit your doctor. It's one of those vague things that's hard to tell without an exam. If it's causing pain, it's always better to get in and be seen.

Lymph node or hernia: Those would be two common causes of a hard lump in the pelvis.  Other cuases would include: an abscess, a cyst, lipoma - but these are usually softer.

Lymph node: What you are describing sounds like a lymph node. More than likely that is due to an infection. If it is not tender or if it fails to resolve over the next couple of weeks i would have your dr. Look at it. Make sure you do not have any history of stds. If you do then see your dr. For evaluation.

Any kind of lump: that doesn't go away should be seen by your doctor and if it is on the skin likely needs a biopsy.
