Get tested: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. My first concern is to rule out herpes and syphilis as possible causes.

i noticed a hard lump on my labia in the shower. it was a black hard lump. i thought it might be an ingrown hair or something so i squeezed it and used a sharp tweezer to open it up. it was just blood. clot? i can't get to stop bleeding. help?

: This lesion probably was of vascular nature and this would explain brisk bleeding. Apply cold compresses but proceed to the hospital ER if bleeding persists.

No way to...: There is no way to assure you what this is until you get examined,and if the lesion is not there any longer then tested for syphilis. Certainly, in the first stage syphilis presents with a painless lesion which looks more like an ulcer, solitary and it disappears on its own. However the infection remains and it shows later with other symptoms. See your doctor for formal exam and testing.

Needs to look at it: With new skin lesions in the genital area it is always a good idea to to be by your doctor for appropriate diagnosis. It can be anything from a mild dermatitis, infection, std, pimple or laceration.

Bartholin cyst,, abs: Cold be a Bartholin's cyst, or an infected sebaceous cyst. Sits baths may help. Also consult with your doctor, it may need to be removed, or drained.

Cyst?: It could be a Bartholin's gland cyst or other things. I suggest you see your gynecologist to examine it to make sure it does not need to be drained. At the meantime, apply some warm compresses to make it calm down.
