Callus/bite/csyt: It sounds like you have a dermatitis of some form.  Some things to consider are how long it has been there.
Such a lump of hardened skin could range from a callus to an insect bite.  Your nerves cause the perception of itchiness.  It this is impeding your ability to walk, it should be looked at by a professional.

Purely : Guessing I would say maybe they are plantar fibromas. However, its a pure guess as I don't see your feet, go get it checked out.

Sounds like fungus: I've seen this kind of blister with a fungal infection of the feet, like athlete's foot. There certainly could be other causes, but you might want to try an antifungal cream.

Stop Playing around.: Sounds like there's a whole lot going on here. Any one of the areas of pain could be the problem and compensation causing the rest. 
Could be soft tissue or bone or both. Your best bet is to have it examined to eliminate the possibilities. My guess is that you will need a cam walker of stabilize the foot for a while.

Plantar Fibroma: Though I have not examined you, it sounds like you have a plantar fibroma, which is a thickening and enlargement of the plantar fascia.  They usually hurt if they press on underlying structures, or are getting very large.  Try stretching and icing with anti-inflammatories to alleviate the pain, but the lesion will usually not resolve on its own.  See a local Podiatrist for treatment options

You should: Go to a podiatrist to have it evaluated. It may be a ganglion ic cyst which is benign, but either way it should be biopsied, aspirated or removed in some capacity.

Need exam: It is very difficult to say without seeing and examining the foot.  The hard lump may be a prominent bone such as the head of a metatarsal, it could be a tumor, it could just be part of the callous itself.  See your pcp or podiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
