Well: First of all sounds like scalp is dry. You need to get the moisture back into the scalp. Now sometimes t-gel shampoo works great. Start there if problem persists see doctor

have sores in hair and on body, they bump up then scab over, the scab is hard , been to doctors and dermatologist ,no one seems to know what i have, when the sore bust tiny black dots spread and more sores appear. absolutely going crazy please help?

: Your description of the skin issue is vague and does not point to any diagnosis or treatment. Skin issues usually require a full history, exam and occasionally skin biopsies for proper diagnosis. Find another dermatologist and get another evaluation.

From : From your description, you may have ringworm of the scalp which is actually caused by a fungus, not a worm.  Of course, without examining you and sending cultures, i cannot tell for sure what it is.  A fungal infection of the scalp is more difficult to treat than fungal infections elsewhere.  Treatment usually includes 1-2 months of a prescription oral medication.  You should give your doctor a call and have them take a look at it.  They will hopefully be able to tell exactly what it is so you can get the proper treatment.  Good luck!

i have a cluster of open sores onback of my head that won't heal for months now. sometimes they itch and bleed if scratched too hard. what could it be?

Open sores: They may have been sebaceous cysts which you scratched and they became secondarily infected. See a doctor so you can get antibiotic treatment
