have a lump under my right armpit. painful to put my arm next to me. not moving, hard, have chest pain,  headache,  fatigue. worried its cancer.

Probably infection: From your history, it would appear that you have an enlarged lymph node in your armpit secondary to the recent injury to the hand. You may be having associated fever secondary to infection. At your age it is unlikely to be anything like cancer. You do need to see your pcp to be started on antibiotics.

Go to ER....: You need to go to the ER immediately and get yourself evaluated to find out what's wrong and get it treated. Your symptoms could be due to many things, including life-threatening problems! It's better to find out that everything is fine, especially when you are pregnant! So, get to the ER now!!!!

Cough: Cough has many reasons and asthma is one of them. More history is needed. You need to be evaluated by a physician to answer your question.

Event monitor: It may be helpful to wear an event monitor for 2 to 4 weeks to assess the exact heart rhythm during these episodes.

Idiopathic pain: Hopefully not recurrence.  Hard mass on scar?  Scar tissue?  Neuroma?  Painful on palpation, constant, growing, radiating, etc?

Chest pain: chest pain with shortness of breath or difficulty catching your breath can be a cause for concern. Do you have asthma, heart history or history of pneumonia? Do you have a risk factor for heart disease like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking? Have you been  in a car or plane for over 3 hours. As a female, are you on birth control pills. . If no improvement, goto the ER.

Since you are: on Prilosec it is more likely that your symptoms of pain with pressure or push ups is due to the inflammation of your sternal cartilages ("costochondritis")

Call 911: The ages and genders that are listed are sometimes incorrect -so i want to provide conservative recommendation.   I would recommend calling 911 - tell them that you have chest pain & difficulty breathing.  A cardiac event needs to be ruled out.
