Possible stone: Best to see an ears nose throat ENT doctor. If it is a stone frequently you will have foul breath. It is best to have a physician examine the tonsil

Not likely: A mucocele, if that is indeed what your oral lesion is, is a fluid-filled cavity, usually occurring on the lower lip after minor trauma. It may spontaneously rupture with complete resolution. If it is symptomatic, your doctor may choose to excise it or vaporize it with a carbon dioxide laser.

Is it new?  If not, has it grown?

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Try to avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health. Doc can diagnose and if that's the case, remove it.  Peace and good health.

Tonsillolithiasis: If your throat doesn't hurt or if you don't otherwise feel infected, these could be tonsillar stones, a condition called tonsillolithiasis - completely benign and of no real concern.
