Scrotal scars: These are very common. They are often fluid filled cysts from scars in the tubing in the scrotum that come with age and life experience. We usually leave them alone unless there is a chronic pain to them.

I also see that you have had a vasectomy. This procedure can also have left you with some mild scarring as well that you can feel through the wall of the scrotum.

More info- ? cyst: Although it would be useful to know more about this- where is it, how long has it been there, does it hurt, is there redness in the area, etc. That said, it may be a sebaceous cyst, which is quite common, and presents as a small lump under the skin. A cyst is not painful unless it becomes infected. I recommend you see your doctor or your dermatologist for definitive diagnosis.

Absolutely: See a dentist asap to find out what it is. If it's an infection which is quite possible, leaving it untreated may have caused more bone destruction than immediate treatment, and certainly exposes you to the risk of spread and very serious complications!

Sounds innocent: You probably just have a small pimple or cyst in the skin of your neck.  I would refrain from squeezing it again.  If it does not resolve in a few weeks, you should see your physician and may need referral to a surgeon for excision.

Skin lump: This may be a lipoma(fatty tissue growth) or inclusion cyst. Redness is a sign of irritation or infection as a rule. In view of the change in this skin lesion, I recommend an evaluation by a dermatologist or surgeon for peace of mind.

Doctor visit: All lumps on the testicle are at high risk for malignancy, while most lesions in the scrotum but not attached to the testicle are benign.  I recommend a visit with your doctor for an evaluation.  The concern is whether this lump is cancer.

i have done tse, my testicle shape & size is good, no bad pain, cremasteric reflux good, no bumps or lumps but, it's hard for me to feel the epididymis on right testicle since it doesn't hang low like left testicle. is all good with my testicles?

Likely: A hemorrhoid can be thrombosed (filled with blood) and thus harden and present as a firm lump outside of the anus. These usually resolve on their own. If you do not have improvement after a week, i would see your doctor.
